Relief & Development: Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa 2009 Edition will have a total worldwide print circulation of 8,250 copies and for the first time, it will ALSO be available digitally, arriving in the inboxes of over 6,850 relevant individuals, taking it's total circulation to over 15,000.

It will be read by government ministers, senior officials within the donor community, regional authorities, public-private partners, development foundations, relief and logistics networks, International Financial Institutions (IFIs), United Nations agencies and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), and will include the procurement personnel of the various implementing aid agencies.
